Terms of use

Last updated: October 27, 2026

In short: One owo account for all owo apps, used in good faith; you can delete it whenever you want.

These terms govern your use of owo.quebec and of your owo account, the account shared by all owo apps. By creating an account or using the site, you accept them.

Who we are

owo.quebec is the website of owo, a business based in Québec City, Québec, Canada, which designs and publishes the owo apps.

To reach us: info@owo.quebec.

The service

owo.quebec presents owo, its films and its apps, and gives access to your owo account, which works in every owo app.

The owo apps

Your owo account gives you access to these apps:

Each app has its own terms, which add to these.

Your owo account

The owo account is a single account for all owo apps: you sign in everywhere with the same email, with Google or with a link sent by email, without a password.

  • You must be at least 14 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • The information you provide must be accurate, and you are responsible for the security of your mailbox, which is used to sign in.
  • One account per person. Creating several accounts to get around a limit or obtain free benefits is prohibited and may lead to the suspension of the accounts involved.

What you can't do

  • Use the service to produce or publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or that infringes on other people's rights.
  • Try to get around limits, payments or anti-abuse measures, or access other people's accounts.
  • Scrape the service or resell it without our written consent.

Your content

What you enter and what is created for you belongs to you. You only grant us the right to store and process it to run the service.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee it. We may change the service or these terms; for any significant change, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from My account. Since it is your owo account, it is then deleted from all owo apps, along with what you created there (except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, and a record of the deletion).

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notifying you, except in cases of serious abuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. A question? Write to us at info@owo.quebec.
